A pair of great horned owls that live nearby inspired Melinda Risk's Owl Talisman Necklace. This power piece is made from 22kt gold and sterling silver. The top of the owl's beak is fitted with a 22kt gold granulated circlet displaying a bezel set grey diamond...the beak is adorned with feathers and flush-set diamonds......white enamel notches define the tip.A sterling silver wheat chain attaches to a silver coupling that shrouds a tiny white diamond between two 22kt gold leaves...a 22kt gold granulated bezel hosts a mesmerizing aquamarine cabocon...ornamentation builds along the chain with French blue spinels and a color-striped feather carved from bone...a handmade clasp adds to the enchantment.
